BEGINNER MUAY THAI

The beginners Muay Thai program is designed to cater for guests who have little to no training experience in Muay Thai.  This program focuses on teaching the basic fundamentals of Muay Thai. It includes stance, footwork, basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows, and the defenses to these techniques.

While seriously burning some big calories! Our workouts are fun, fast paced, easy to follow and do, in a friendly atmosphere.

DRILLING & SPARRING

For those of you who want a bit more in your training, we offer drilling and sparring classes. These classes are designed to help you get familiar with sparring in a fun and safe environment.

These sparring sessions are controlled and focus on correct technique, with each student wearing protective equipment and being supervised by the trainers.
